  • GitHub: Code repository (no personal data stored)
  • Google Analytics: Website analytics (opt-in only, anonymised)

All international transfers of personal information are governed by POPIA Section 72. Adequate protection is confirmed by contractual clauses or the sub-processor's applicable data protection certification.

6. Your Rights Under POPIA

As a data subject under POPIA, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access (Section 23): you may request a description of the personal information we hold about you
  • Right to correction (Section 24): you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information
  • Right to object (Section 11(3)): you may object to processing based on legitimate interest

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg.
