Data Transfer Framework
South Africa is not yet on the EU GDPR adequacy list. Data transfers from EU clients to Corpshore's South African hub are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs, 2021). For South African clients, POPIA governs all personal data processing. Corpshore provides a full POPIA-compliant Processing Agreement with every engagement.
Our legal and compliance team produces Data Processing Agreements, Transfer Impact Assessments and records of processing activities for clients who require them. These are included as standard, not billed as extras.
