Handle inbound customer contacts in English and Afrikaans across voice, email and chat channels.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries efficiently across voice and digital channels. Bilingual fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, emails and chats in English and Afrikaans
Resolve customer queries within agreed handling times
Accurately capture and update CRM records
Escalate complex cases to team leads

Requirements

Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
Stable home internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Matric certificate required
